I had the same problem for a long time. I spent a lot of money dicking around and trying everything to not buy new rotors. Big mistake. Rotors are only $44 each. In fact if you feel like getting fancy you can get brand new slotted ATE rotors from Turner motorsports for about $10 more. Slotted rotors stay cleaner and work better in the rain and at the upper limits of braking when pads start to outgas. This cleared up the braking shimmy once and for all. Don't mess around, do the rotors you won't be sorry.
