Indicator bulb for auto trans (archive)

HELP. How do you change the indicator bulb for the auto transmission? (89 325is)I have removed the covers and and I can see the holder and wires and it appears to be removable from the bottom, but, before I break something, what is the "trick"? Thanks Daniel (my 73 tii is a much SIMPLER CAR, none of this hokey s**t! unfortunately the SO hates the tii so she has hers and I have mine!!!!! but I still have to fix it)
