Wanted: Italian market 1991320is engine (archive)

This is the vehicle used to qualify a de-stroked 2-liter M3 motor for the Italian Touring Car Championship in the early '90s. I'm looking for this powertrain, complete and intact (no way to import this beasty complete; I'm in the USA); the transmission would be nice but not required. Welcome correspondence with anyone who has had contact with such a vehicle or knows someone who has. I'm located in SoCal and I'm set for a long hunt. Thanks for your time.
