List price for a factory (OEM)oil pan for the 325e is $262. You are BY FAR better off buying a new one since BimmerSteven is selling his for $200. An extra $62 piece of mind is well worth it. That way there's no surprises buying used, as they are aluminum, very sensitve & can get hairline cracks, etc... (Not something you need to find out while your 300 miles from home).. Ask Me.. I KNOW...
