: I have been having trouble with my 86 325 ES. I've done alot of work to the car, including replacing the o2 sensor. I'm having trouble with my check engine light. When i put the o2 sensor in the check engine light stoped blinking and the car run better. After one day the light started blinking again, and it's back to the same old thing. I also have a problem with smoke from the exhaust, but not all the time. sometimes it's blue and sometimes it's just vapor. It's not losing oil or coolant.

: Any suggestions?????????????

Check your valves seal. Blue smoke especially when you accelerate. O2 sensors might be contaminated with engine oil escaping from the hardened valves seal, thus giving wrong signal to the engine management unit (CPU).
