Just read your posting. Sorry to hear about your predicament.
I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions but I thought I might ask u a question on the subject of the security lock u mentioned. I have the same model as u (only had it a couple of months). With the doors fully "dead" locked, I am able to open the driver's door (from inside the car) but none of the other doors. Is this supposed to be the case or is there something wrong with my door locks?
I hope u don't mind me asking and I'm sorry I cannot help u with your more immediate problem.
