I did this conversion and the results were well worth it. It is not an easy job. One of the hardest parts is getting the bolts off of the tranny bell housing. You need shorty wrenches and an extension that is about 3 feet long. The tranny is held on by star bolts (reverse torx). All in all, is is a hard job and you need some specialized tools to do this. But it isn't impossible. If you need a better list of the parts needed, I can post what I remember.
