Try taking out the wiper relay and cleaning the contacts. It is the large rectangular relay in the fuse box on the right. If your box doesn't close well, lots of dust can build up in there and cause some contact problems. That was the issue with mine. I used rubbing alcohol to clean them and compressed air to clean the contacts in the box. If that doesn't work, replace it. That is what I had to do with mine. The cleaning trick worked for only about 3 months. Sometimes I have heard it will work longer? Good Luck

: all the way. It stops at about near the end of the swing-up cycle,( with the wipers rested on the windshield, pauses for around a minute, finishes it, then swings back to the rest position. The continuous settings work just fine. I lubes all the joints, didn't help at all. TIA for any idea to fix this.
