: If you not getting power to the windows and the fuse #17 is good, the problem could be relay K5 or the power circuit breaker. Try resetting the circuit breaker and if that doesn't do it, swap K5 for one of the others like it, say K6. The relays are in the fuse/relay panel and the relay number is engraved in the clear plastic cover. Good luck.

funny thing i went to strauss to get it checked out yesterday and the fuses were not even burned out, so i bought myself a tester....the mechanic helping me out said it was probably the relay... so i'm gonna check it today and let u know....this is da funny thing now last night as i'm driving i see someone stranded and without thinking i just push da window to see if they needed a hand. and like magic all of a sudden the window came down....and i was able to operate it like normal...u think it''s mabye a short or something? ... I'll let u know what happens..ohh when the mechanic was testing the fuses alot of them were not conducting electricity..so he said the fuse box itself was not getting the electricity...thats what da relay is for right?..i'll get back with the information thanks.
