: The lug pattern is 4-100 but you also will need
the correct offset and center hub for the car. On our web site you can search wheels that fit your
car and not need to know this info. It has
already been done for you by searching wheels by
car. If you have any questions give me a call at
ext 364 Jim 800-428-8355

With all due respect, the Tire Rack offers
only a handful of wheels for a 4-lug E30, but
there's a lot more brands out there that make
wheels for our cars that they do not carry. Of
all those, the only two that look halfway proper
on an E30 are the BBS RX and the Borbet Type T,
but the rest don't look right on the car. The
only reason i bought the Kosei K1's is because
they're light, although i cannot stand the way
they look on the car.

Knowing the exact offset requirements and bolt
pattern makes it easier to find other wheels
from various makers, and also makes it possible
to buy Volkswagen wheels and select the right H&R
double-hubcentric Spacer kits to make em fit an
E30. The Rack will not sell VW wheels if they
know they're going onto an E30 BMW and used with
spacers, even if the owner knows for a fact that
it works just fine. It's also good to know this
info when buying used wheels from private parties,
or salvage yards or garage sales etc etc. It also
prevents one from buying possible candidates as
they can measure them and determine if they'll
fit before they ever plunk down the cash.
Knowledge is a good thing to have when you
own a BMW :-)

Happy Tire Rack customer, just not for wheels :-)
