Hi All,

Well, we have been cleared to test our hybrid M3 on Pikes Peak. The website launches on April 16. Sorry for the delay, but I still need to write a few more JAVA applets to finish the site. The first SUN Microsystems server was damaged en-route to our facility..another nightmare. The URL is registered, and is;

http://jam.mosport.com/ppihc2k/x3_sport

For those of you who are not aware, last year I started a team - for the sole purpose of winning the hillclimb for
BMW, the US, and lastly myself. A recent inheritance made this team possible- a longtime dream of mine. The car was the hardest part of this whole project. It cost us almost
$600,000 to design, build, test, and destroy this car..at least twice! As of today, the official entry to the Pikes'
Peak Open Class Event is as follows;

1991 BMW M3 (X3 Sport Evo1)
Motor: Garrett/MAE supercharged M88 3.5L DOHC
Power: 316bhp road (x4) horsepower
Weight: 2634lbs dry
Transaxle: AWD/AWS (patent-pending)
0-60: 4.37secs
100-0: 3.19secs
Braking: 13"x 4 APRacing/Lockheed 4-piston Floating caliper
Transmission: 6-speed ZF/Bosch Tiptronic
Ground Effects: Zender GruppeB Competition
Drivers:
Joey R. Aquino/Principal
Bryan C. BAker/Secondary

See you at PIKES!

Zach
