Center bearing? Price? labor? (archive)

how much would it cost to have the center bearing pressed on.. including labor of dropping the exhaust, heat shield, and entire drive shaft.. to get to it?.... also what is the price on a center bearing? and where can i get one...via email....and inexpensivly thanks, kam.
