I did this changeout.

You need:
Tranny, shift lever assembly, master cylinder, slave cylinder, transmission mount, some VERY long (3+ feet) extension for your ratchet, and some Torx style sockets.

That's all that comes to mind right now. I also had to get a shorter front half of my driveshaft because the Auto and 5spd trannys are different lengths. I am not sure that is always the case, since I think that m5 gearbox was unusual (close ratio).
