: : I have a lowered, but otherwise stock, 1987 325e, and want to know the best mods I can do to make my bimmer better at cornering. Is the answer bigger rear tires, a spoiler, tire pressure?
: : Help please!......

: 16x7.5 rims with 225/45/16 sport rubbers and H&R/Bilsteins will solve your problems.

With your car being a 325e, You may also want to address the body roll factor. High performance tires are made with optimal suspension in mind. As you turn quickly, the car leans and does not allow the tires to use as much of the contact patch. Heavy duty swaw bars, stiffer springs, and possibly bilstein sports would also help considerably to keep you on the road.
