I just finished replacing my guibo, univ. joints, and center support bearing. While I was under it, I thought it would be good measure to also replace the motor mounts and transmition mounts. I paid abought $125 for the U-joints and having them pressed. It took abought 7 hours with ALL the right tools (profesional lift, air ratchets, ect, ect....). I would usually say "take it to someone that knows BMWs", but this is a job that most general mechanics could do. Call BMP or Bekkers or Bavarian Auto. Any of them will probably have the parts in stock.
Good luck.
