: the super eta was a mixture of some of the best of both the M20B27 and M20B25.. of course first and formost is the 2.5i head.. next on top is motronic 1.1 over basic motronic. dual exhaust and 2.5i exhaust manifolds. while all the rest is modified eta stuff.. like the intake manifold is differant from eta and i. it has smaller runners than earlier eta's because it is bolted to an i head. it's the only way to make the torque in midrange and down low. eta throttle body, AFM, eta cam and eta injectors. which isn't going to matter much when i modify. i'm gonna use bosch 201 injectors with a rising rate fuel pressure regulator. i think i'll keep her normally aspirated for a while so i'll use a 272 or 288 deg cam. 89and up 525i valve springs because you don't need inner and outer with these puppies. the one spring is good up to 6,800 RPM. maybe oversize racing valves...and i just might save up and spend the money on that M20 multi throttle body intake system with the MAS sensor? should i? or just have 325i intake manifold honed out some? i am gonna change the AFM to the MAS like i said. autothority has the conversion kit to where i don't have to put those gizmo's on the wiring harness to translate it's signal into a linear analog siganl. you just put the new chip in the ECU and voila!! no fuss no muss... high perf clutch along with my 5 speed conversion! (i hate the auto with every fiber of my soul)and 40% lock-up 3.45 diff...

I can't wait to burn up the streets with this mamma-jamma when i get done.. and if i d do put a blower on it... it'll only get better. one thing though.. i'll need to make my own custom trunk emblem when i get done, i think ///E5 would look sweet!!

p.s. if you're wondering about the aldervahn motorsports, in 18 months when i get out of the army i'm planning on opening my own tuning shop, general repair and salvage yard for BMW's, mercedes-benz and porche here in Fort Worth Texas, and this will be my first project.
