Need a 5-speed trans for '84 325 (archive)

Well, after 326,000 miles, I lost third and fourth gear. I need a good used 5-speed tranny for a 1984 325e. I am in Southern California. And a clutch, too. Can you believe that was the ~original~ clutch!
