Need Help Deciding Where to Start With My 87 325 (archive)

My '87 325 is in great condition. Only 100,000 and a perfect interior. The paint needs to be done by the end of the summer. I am also looking to add wheels, side skirts and front/rear spoilers, along with adding any simple engine extras that will treat her right. I am new at this and would like to know where to start and what you guys recommend. Also, I am 19, so any money saving tips would be appreciated. Thanks.
