I am surprised nobody else has mentioned this yet. BMW's need to be driven. A car with 20,000 miles does not simply have one fifth of the wear of a BMW with 100k. There is something about the seals in bimmers that rot when not driven much, and a car that has been driven 20k in 9 years will definately experience these symptoms. Also, there is cetainly the possibility of odometer fraud, so do a carfax report. (email me directly with the VIN and I will do it for you, I have an account.) I am not saying you should not buy this car, you should just know that underdriven Bimmers often have problems. You might want to post another question just asking about low-mileage BMW's, and see what the experts here say.
