Well if that car has original miles, try negotiating. If the dealer won't go lower than 13K or so, I would say it's a great deal, especially if the car is 5speed, although auto is good as well, only not that fun.
And tell you the truth I bought my iX for 8000, it's 90 and it had 72K when I bought, at that time it was a good deal.
Where else are you gonna find a car with only 20K????
So something around 13K is very fair
