There's too much to list, 31 to be exact re: Inspection I. Most is obvious, like check windshield washer fluid level. Here's some of the important I items: valve adjustment if necessary, grease where applicable, check differential, check steering components, brake job, drive train (especially driveshaft), etc. Inspection II is Inspection I plus: spark plugs, air filter, transmission oil change, differential oil change, fuel filter, & check clutch plate. I would never go to a dealer and ask them to do either. They'll charge you a fortune to look at things you look at every week.
