lee is right about 78-84 323 heads. but the 85-86 heads have medium ports. bigger than 325e but still not as good as 325i. if you have one of these it gives a good chamber(small) and can be matched to an "i" intake and "i" valves installed.
there are cam grinders on the west coast but dont expact 200K out of a regrind.
