: I changed the motor for the passenger side window and it still won't work. Can anybody tell me what the fuse number for the passenger side window is? Also, where is the circuit breaker for the passenger side window?

I'm having the same problem with my driverside window on my 325iS. Funny thing is that when I replaced the motor on the driverside witha new one, we found out that it wasn't the motor at all. We hotwired the window motor that was my old one and it works fine. The problem seems to be wiring, not fuses. Simply because: 1 fuse controls both windows, so if one window works and the other doesn't, it's something else :(. Curiously it doesn't blow fuses (mine doesn't) even though it seems like it's grounding out. When we checked polarity, 12v on blue wire, ground on black, then pressed the switch the other way and the voltage/neutral swapped. Once we plugged the two together, however, both wires go hot no matter what...

Any suggestions for the two of us?

Thomas
