Aux Cooling Fan '89 325ic (archive)

I have an '89 325ic and the aux cooling fan does not work. I have jumped the radiator temp switch to test operation of the fan. I will run at high speed but not at low speed. I replaced the low speed resistor but this did not fix the problem. I am not getting voltage to the low speed fan fuse, this could indicate a problem with the relay circuit. I have the Bentley's manual but unfortunately there is no wiring diagram for the fan circuit. Where can I find a wiring schematic and are there any suggestions for fixing this problem.
