OBC not working (archive)

The OBC on my '90 325is suddenly quit working. I say suddenly, but the numbers started growing dimer and dimmer for a day or two, and now the thing is entirely blank. All other gauges work fine. Is this part of the dreaded SI board problem, or just that the OBC has gone south?
