There's an air temp sensor ahead of the air flow meter. Also an air temp sensor inside the AFM I believe. Of course the cold start injector is suspect. The O2 sensor it ain't. It does not, cannot, provide the amount of enrichment a cold engine needs. Hell it don't even work when cold!

Try some injector cleaner too.
