I have had alot of trouble in this area as well....Get your best buddy...put him in the car with a flashlight and tell him to check out the area in question while you have the water hose on the front windshield. This kinda problem is sometimes hard to find but with a little imagination and a couple of hours of spare time you will find the source.

BTW...alot of car dealerships have people that specialize in this area...depends on how bad you want to fix...water problems are a service tech nightmare...unless it is trunk related..
