ok... to run a fan, it takes power... where does this come from? electricity you say. Where does electricity come from? the battery and the alternator you say. where does the alternator get it's power? from the engine you say. so what this does is rob power from the engine at the alternator and give it back in a tiny amount of boost. if you believe in perpetual motion, then maybe this is a good device, but in the real world, it's useless.
