from what i can tell it would increase horsepower, after all it's just a supercharger turned by the alternator instead of the crankshaft. but as far as lowering emmisions, i don't buy, esp. since the 2200-series is for off-road use only on '94 and after models, which is telling me that they increase pollutants.
