I had the same problem with both windows, TWICE! The first time I paid to have it fixed. The second time a gearhead buddy said we should try to see if the motor and window guide are jammed. After removing the door panel we tapped the motor assembly lightly with a hammer while spraying WD-40 into and around the motor. Sure enough what amounted to sand kept pouring out and the window started to move. After a few god taps and squirts the windows were fine.
