any of several things but more info would help:

did you replace the rotors at the same time?
if not, did you at least have them resurfaced?
were the wheels tightened with a torque wrench after your install?
did you apply any type of anti-squeal treatment to the back of the pads?

replacing rotors when you replace the pads and also using a quality anti-squeal product is the surest way to prevent brake squeal.

resurfacing rotors and using an anti-squeal compound is the next surest way - but, imo, not nearly as sure.
