Needed: 325es auto Tranny cooler lines.Where?? (archive)

My metal cooler lines are corroded-they must have become worse on my long drive (previous post), because at speed they spew fluid out like a severed artery. No one I have checked online yet (Bavarian, Zygmunt, Turner)seems to have them.

Can I just have these bent like brake lines and replaced, or are these linesand the hoseson either end all one unit that can't be fixed in part?? Can I swap them for braided lines and A/N fittings, or just plain old hoses?? Most important, can I somehow patch this metal line long enough to get a full day to take this thing apart to fix it?? Like slip some fuel line over the damage and hose clamp it off?? Any suggestions or anecdotes are appreciated-TIA.
