I'm #2 on the waitlist for a E46 M3!!!! I'm reluctantly selling my classic E30 -- in a few months (right before I take delivery of the M3!).

Details:

It's white/tan, very good condition, 96.6k miles, sunroof, power locks, 5-speed, AM/FM stereo/tape, driver side airbag, air conditioning, anti-lock brakes, A/C,
power antenna, power brakes, power locks, power mirrors, power steering, power windows, rear window defroster, fog lights, limited slip differential, central locks, tool kit, etc..This was a real interesting year because it has the classic E30 look (with new bumers) and a M42 engine (used in '92->'98 E36s). Bimmer mag. claims this is a hot car for racing, since it's really light and has the newer engine.

Only change: Jim Conforti performance chip upgrade. Rest is factory. This chip, which is the undisputed king of perf. chips, smooths the torque curves and gives the car a much more sporty feel.

Car was never taken to the track or raced. Very well maintained by anal owner. 3 stage waxed frequently -- paint job is very good.

Absolutely in MINT condition, all papers, oil changes, new tires (Yoko Avid H4), new brakes/rotors, etc...lots of the common TSB issues fixed. Nothing at all is wrong with this car.

I can provide pictures if you are interested.

Asking $7500
Edmunds assessment:

Market: 5910 base, 170 options, 1345 milage adj == 7425 total fair market value,
not including perf. chips, tires, brakes, and all TSB related repairs, etc...

Kelly: $7850 retail not incl. items mentioned above

I'm selling because I'm #2 on the waitlist for a new E46 M3 !!!

The car will not be available for a few months though.

Regards, Mark
Portland, Oregon
