In a pinch (a penny-pinch as well)till you can get a used or new sensor try this:

Here's the resistance equivalents for the sensor:
-22 open ckt.
-18 80K ohms
+51 10K ohms
+78 5K ohms
+116 2K ohms

I refuse to pay $$$ for a new sensor that has $ worth of parts in it. But I think this sensor must be important to the ECU as well as the OBC, since I set mine with a fixed resistor eqivalent to 85* the car runs much better. Any reads on this?

Tom
