: My '90 325is goes into the body shop Monday for its date with the man. I got T-boned a couple of weeks ago by an illegal alien with no insurance, green card, or license. I only have liability on the car so I'm out the $2500 it will take to replace the LF fender and L door, paint, straighten, etc. While I have it in I'm gonna have them re-paint the rear spoiler since it's faded(car is light silver) and I'll have to have new pinstripes to replace the old ones that are now messed up. I've found a good used door and fender so that will help a little. I would welcome any suggestions as to what else I should do while the car is in the shop. Things to look for?
