strange headlight problem / rumble (archive)

I just purchased an 86 325es with 122k.
The right side low beam is out but turns on with the high beams. The OBC knows that it is out and flashes CHECK. I have a feeling there is a bad ground somewhere, but I have no idea where to start looking.

My other problem is the car makes a rumbling/shaking sound during 1st gear acceleration 2000-3500 and when turning the car off. If I lightly free rev the car it also makes a sort of chain like noise from underneath. I have a feeling that its the guibo (looks fine when I had it on a lift), some other bearing, or the whole driveshaft. Are the ones from www.zionsvilleautosport.com good cause there only 200 vs.479 from www.bmpd.com. Thanks for your help.
