You could also have a bad fuse for the right side, check out #14 If it a ground problem the high would not come on! Check between the fuse box and the lamp, the color is Yellow/Blue.

I checked the fuse earlier, I'll try to check voltage to the lamp.



Does it go away when you push in the clutch?

No. Its a strage sound, I rev up engine comes down then the noise happens right afterwards. It sounds like something is catching up at the end.
