Currently have an 90 325is. Bought it for $3500 with 140k. My problem is that the OBC has never worked. I,m just reading ----UHR and very faintly at that. Is it the bulbs I have to change or something else...Most importantly how the hell do I remove the covering for the obc. Thanks...bdm
