This can and has been done, I am trying to think of who did it recently,
whoever it was promised a tech write-up as I would like to do the mod myself.
I'll bug the other board and see who it was : )

It was me and being quite a slacker lately, I still haven't finished the tech article for it. To answer the original question, its not really all that hard, just time-consuming.
