I couldnt stand the perforated naugahyde on mine either. Strolling through the boneyard one day- I saw another 325e 4D with a near-perfect
black leather interior. The only issues were a missing rear door panel,P/W switch, and a torn
passenger-side seat at the seam, where the welt cord joined. Never imagining an interior upgrade could be done on the cheap, the dismantler accepted my offer of $300 for the entire interior!

The replacement switch was no problem, at $20/new.
I got another doorpanel/armrest for $20 at another wrecker. Fixing the seat properly however, was the real CATCH. It cost me another $150 to sew-up the seat, and I drove around for a full day without a passenger seat.

Remember, buying frame-busted seats is still a good deal, if the leather appears good. Any discoloration can be easily corrected. Its better
find an incomplete interior set, because the dismantler will soon realize he will never get his price marking-up an incomplete interior set, if he wishes NOT to part it out. My wrecker stared at his seats for over a year!

Good luck!
