I am trying to hook up a pioneer CD player in my 88 325. There is a zillion different wires and I cant figure it out. on the CD player I have. + & - for 4 speakers a red wire (power) a black wire (ground) a blue wire (remote) and a orange wire, I have no idea what it does but it was not hooked up in my friends s-10 so I dont think I need it. coming out of the dash I have a brown wire(ground?), a purple wire(power+?), a white wire that was hooked in the factory head that is labled pwr ant, but i dont have a power antenna, another white wire with a yellow wire that connects to and adapter that turns them into a gray wire and a red wire with a green stripe. and a + for every speaker, im assuming they are all already grounded. if anyone knows what i need to hook to where let me know pleeeeessse i would like to get this working today. if you can you can call me at 812-272-0060 its my cell and im outside working on this, i will come in and check the board every 5 or 10 min. thanks guys. I also have the factory tape player Ill sell for $20 +shipping if anyone wants it. its in great shape. anti-theft and all that crap on it.
