I'm retrofitting my 325e to a new seltec compressor and R134a. I'm going to be using PAG oil, so according to the A/C forums,I will need to flush out my lines. I've heard mention of using mineral spirits as a flushing solvent. Has any one use this before? I figure it should do the trick and evaporate readily. I'm going to be using a pressurized flushing gun/tank, but can't source a A/C solvent locally. Home depot has plenty of, mineral spirits, kerosene, paint thinner, toulene?, but i heard of people using the above.
