I have already got most of your list and it turned out to be cheaper to buy the whole rear end sub frame (diff and all) than buying the separate components. The ABS unit was gone already but the front struts and and plumbing were there. ABS isn't my goal, 4 wheel disc and vented fronts are. But I have enough to keep an eye out for the rest of the ABS components.
Why?
I know you guys with the sixes think the fours are beneath you but just remember what the 2002 has accomlished. I have a 2.0L block in the garage that Iam working on. My old 320i that I hadin the military was a runner. 10.5to1 pistons race cam, electronic ignition w/mech advance, performance fuel pressure reg. Eating a 5.0 Mustang was not much of an effort for it. I know, stock mustangs aren't much. But I was still beating them with a four cylinder and to me that was a greater accomplishment than doing it with a six. My biggest problem with that car was stopping power. When I am out of college and making (hopefully)good money I may consider a six cylinder upgrade but until then I will continue to upgrade everything else. And at pick'n pull prices I couldn't pass up the 325 brakes. It was like a gift from God that I found them before someone else did. That was the first 325 I had ever seen in that yard. I've gotten a complete factory cruise control system for 45$ and complete factory power windows and locks including all wiring for $38 off of two previous 318's that were there. An onboard computer for 25 bucks. I go ther once a week just to see what is new. To do this outrageously bold upgrade RIGHT yo need;
1) Front struts/springs from 1986-87 325es
2) Entire ABS unit, incl UNBROKEN plumbing,module
3) Wiring harness to dashboard/ABS indicator lens
4) Rear Shocks from any i/es car(Boge, Bilstein)
5) The Girling Brake booster(87-91 e30), NOT the smaller, ATE unit
6) New Brake hoses,ABS sensor wiring. Dont compromise these safety items! Its bad enough you are applying it to the e30's evil(yet, weaker) twin...
7) Plan for DT of an afternoon, to your car. Read the ****ing Manual, if suffering from nut-scratching fits-of-confusion
Good Luck,
Zach

Q: Why on a 318i?
Another Answer:
Found an 87? 325i with ABS vented front and rear disk brakes at salvage yard. I have a 84 318i with unvented front and rear drums. I'm getting the front calipers and rotors. I'm also getting the rear calipers and rotors as well as the trailing arms and parking brake cable. Unfortunately someone got to the ABS system before me. Will I need the front and rear hubs? Both cars are 4x100. Is there anything I am missing? I can get everything for 150.00 but I have to move fast. Any advise would be helpful!
THANK YOU.
