So how do I stuff a E36 M3 engine into an E30? (archive)

I'm looking for a little project car, probably in another year or two, and I am just weighing my options. I would like to say I know NOTHING about the technical details about a BMW, I have been a VW man for my short driving career. But I really love the E30 3-series...but my real goal is to have a project car that will involve an engine swap. So how hard is it to put that sweeeeeeeet 3.2 or 3.0 M3 engine into an E30? Has anyone done it? Or have any sites about it? I saw one in European Car in the Personals section a while ago, and that piqued my interests. Thanks for any help.
