On the first ocasion, I was at a gas station pumping gas. I went inside to pay, and when I came out, some (fat ugly inbred redneck) bitch had backed into my car and was driving off. To make a long story short, the police would not come do a report because it was on private property (at a gas station).

On the second, I was parked in front of my house. The little mexican lady across the street backed into my car. To make matters worse, she kept going. So I call the police to do a report. As the cop arrives, she comes pulling up. She ran straight in her house. As the cop approaches my house, he said "she's the one that did it right". (it was that obvious) He walks over to talk to her and all she would say is "NO SPEAK ENGLISH". She has no ID, no insurance, no proof of ownership, and abought ten other dents on her car because she obviously can't drive. They brought a translator over and she refused to talk to him. To make another long story short, the cops said theres nothing else we can do, AND FUCKING LEFT.

If I got pulled over and had no liscense, no ID, and no proof of ownership, I'ld BE IN JAIL. How can this bitch go around hitting peoples cars and the cops do nothing abought it.

If you drive a car with out insurance, you're ass deserves to go to jail (unless you carry $30k up your ass at all times).
