You can't use it while on the road. What do you do, sit in a parking lot so people see you when they drive by. I can see how it would be useful for emergency vehicles but not for the common civilian. When DO you use it. Is this one of those "COOL" things?

of course it is, well in california i know it is. but i dont really use it on the road unless my vehicle is parked and not on the road itself. since it is only for offroad use only. i was going on the 57 north freeway about 125 mph and i just had to put them on otherwise i would of hit someone, i dont do that anymore, but the lights are really cool looking.
