You're right, it does utilize the whole conversion, and sort of "wraps up" everything that's been done. To be honest though, the major gains (which were amazing to me) were all at lower RPM's still. I'd reach the limiter but that wasn't where the power band seemed to shine for me. I'm planning on doing it still, but with a custom chip, I want everything else done first. And saying "well, I think that's it" is sorta hard for me to do. :)
