About how much Horsepower and how fast (0-60mph) would the following modifications make my bimmer?

K&N cool airIntake/with heat shield

Exhaust System

4.10 diff

I'd say about 190 horses right? Also in the tech section a guy mentioned that a 4.10 differentional would make the e30 325is noticeably faster than an e30 M3. The e30 M3 does 0-60 in 6.7, so would 6.5 be a good guess for an e30 325is with a 4.10?
