The fan kicks in at high temps. Are you sure you have bleed the system properly. If you notice on a cool moring the car heating up you may have a blown head. A few other things to due.

LOOK!! I HAVE CHANGED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE THE RADIATOR
IS 9 MONTHS OLD, NEW WATER PUMP,CLUTCH FAN, RADIATOR CAP, THERMASTAT. WHEN I'M DRIVING IN TOWN OR AT A LIGHT
IT STARTS TO CREEP UP TOWARDS THE RED ZONE. BUT AS LONG
AS I'M MOVING ITS NORMAL,AROUND THE HALFWAY PIONT OR
LOWER. I ALSO NOTICED THAT THE WIRE THAT PLUGS INTO THE SIDE OF THE RADIATOR HAD TWO OF THE WIRES BROKEN OFF. COULD THIS BE MY PROBLEM? WHEN IS THE ELECTRIC FAN
SUPPOSE TO COME ON? IS IT ONLY WHEN THE A/C IS ON.

HOW DOES THE ELECTRIC FAN WORK? WOULD THE
ELECTRIC CONNECTOR ON THE SIDE OF THE RADIATOR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT.
