i'm new to the e30 world. have a 72 02 but just bought my first 325 yesterday (87). it has several things wrong so i'll be posting questions for the next few weeks - hope you guys are patient. here's problem #1 - the windshield wiper park position - it is straight up. the wipers work fine but when you turn them off they park themselves vertically - not all the way up but close to vertical. no help in haynes. anyone know how to fix this one?? is there an adjustment point somewhere that i can use to get them to park in the down position? the po said it just started happening one day and he never bothered to get it fixed - just drove it that way when he drove the car. any help is greatly appreciated. like i said i'm new to anything but an 02 (and this car is vastly more complicated than an 02) so i'm hoping that (with the help of this board) i can get it running and looking great. love bmw's (great engineering)
